All financial transactions on nustarcasino are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability.

Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly upon confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Withdrawal page. nustarcasino does not charge fees for standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. nustarcasino reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of funds. Any winnings or balances associated with accounts that are found to have engaged in fraudulent activity may be voided and forfeited.

nustarcasino does not guarantee that any payment method will be available at all times. The platform may add or remove payment channels at any time with or without prior notice.

  • A user fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • An account has been inactive for an extended period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the user's request and no breach is detected, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Third-Party Links

The nustarcasino platform may reference or link to third-party services such as payment providers. nustarcasino is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of nustarcasino shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
